二十种生物源杀菌剂对三株猕猴桃溃疡病病原菌的毒力测定

摘  要:
以3株猕猴桃溃疡病病原菌为试材,采用抑菌圈测定法,研究了20种杀菌剂单用及混合使用猕猴桃溃疡病病原菌的毒力试验,以期为猕猴桃溃疡病防治提供参考依据。结果表明:20种供试药剂单用对3株病原菌的毒力存在较大差异,其中5亿芽孢·g-1荧光假单胞杆菌粉剂、6%嘧肽霉素粉剂、12%中生菌素粉剂3种杀菌剂对PSA1、PSA2和PSA33株丁香假单胞杆菌致病菌的毒力效果较强,其EC50值分别为5.12、6.06、8.15μg·mL-1,8.18、12.34、10.28μg·mL-1和14.11、15.98、10.33μg·mL-1,均优于对照药剂72%硫酸链霉素。等量混用荧光假单胞杆菌与嘧肽霉素对PSA1、PSA2和PSA3表现出增效或相加作用,而嘧肽霉素与中生菌素1∶1复配对PSA1、PSA2和PSA3的联合毒力表现为拮抗作用;此外,荧光假单胞杆菌和嘧肽霉素与溴硝醇1∶1复配对三株致病菌的联合毒力表现出较强的增效作用。

摘  要:
Three Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae were taken as target bacteria,the toxicity of 20 kinds of bio-fungicides to three Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae was studied by using inhibition zone method and potted controle efficiency,in order to supply references for kiwifruit canker prevention.The results showed that there were significant differences of toxicity of the twenty fungicides on three pathogenic bacteria,of which there were significantly effective on the virulence of 3 pathogens by the treatment of 500 million spore per gram Pseudomonas fluorescens WP,6%Cytosinpeptidemycin WP,12% Zhongshengmycin WP,and the EC50 values were 5.12,6.06,8.15μg·mL-1;8.18,12.34,10.28μg·mL-1 and 14.11,15.98,10.33μg·mL-1,which were better than 72%streptomycin sulphate.The toxicity for PSA1,PSA2 and PSA3 by balanced mix Pseudomonas fluorescens and Cytosinpeptidemycin were obviously enhanced or added.However,the toxicity for3 pathogens by balanced mix Cytosinpeptidemycin and Zhongshengmycin was declined.In addition,the combined virulence for 3 pathogens by balanced mix Pseudomonasfluorescens,Cytosinpeptidemycin and Bronopol were obviously enhanced.
