基于遥感抽样的农作物种植面积测量野外调查系统设计与实践

摘 要:
传统农业统计野外调查方式的调查效率、数据质量已经不能满足我国社会经济发展对农业统计调查数据及时精准的要求,基于空间信息技术发展新的农业统计调查方法对提升我国农业统计调查能力具有重要意义。本研究在充分了解基于遥感抽样的农作物种植面积测量业务流程的基础上,设计开发了基于遥感抽样的农作物种植面积测量野外调查系统,将农作物面积测量野外调查的数据组织与管理、数据采集、任务分配、调查进展实时监测等整个业务流程集成为一个数字化系统平台,并基于可移动终端设备实现了野外调查数据采集的核心系统功能。2016年基于遥感抽样的农作物种植面积测量野外调查系统已广泛应用到31个省区和1 100个粮食大县及第三次全国农业普查农作物种植面积遥感测量工作中,实践应用表明该系统可满足农作物面积遥感抽样调查的业务要求,能够显著提升野外调查工作的效率。

摘 要:
The traditional agricultural statistics field survey method can not meet the requirement of timely and accurate data of agricultural statistics duo to the rapidly social and economic development. Introducing the spatial information technology to develop new agricultural statistical investigation methods is of great significance to improve the ability of China's agricultural statistical investigation. Through fully understanding of the business process of the crop planting area measurement by remote sensing sampling, a field survey system of crop acreage measurement in this paper was designed and developed by Integration of "3 S" and computer Internet software and hardware technology. The field survey system integrates data organization, management and collection, task allocation, real-time progress monitoring into a digital platform, and realized the core system function of field survey data acquisition on a mobile terminal device. In 2016, the field survey system of crop planting acreage based on remote sensing sampling has been widely used in 31 provinces and 1 100 large grain counties, and crop acreage remote sensing measurement work of the Third National Agricultural Census. The practical application shows that the system meets the requirements of remote sensing sampling survey of crop acreage, and can greatly improve the efficiency of field investigation.
