基于单片机LED光源在植物组培中的应用研究

摘  要:
基于植物是在全谱太阳光下进化、生长,选择性的接收各种平衡光色的事实,利用自主设计的"基于单片机LED光源"进行了光质、给光方式以及给光时段对不同组培苗生长影响的实验。结果表明:在玉米胚发芽实验中,红蓝光组发芽数最多,增长迅速;对绿豆组培苗生长速率影响,间歇给光优于连续给光方式,用"LED-72-50-16/8"处理,干重提高33%;促进马铃薯芽体分化以及生长,同时供应红光与蓝光,生长速率最佳;给蓝光的时机影响生长速率,给于开始阶段者最佳。

摘  要:
According to the fact that plants grow and evolve in full sunlight and selectively receive balanced lights,we conducted a series of experiments on tissue culture of different plants about light quality,different patterns and the manners of working used us Independently Design "Based On SCM LED Light Source". The results showing: In the corn germ sprout experiment,Red blue group better than any other groups has the maximum number of the germination with a rapid growth rate. The influence on the growth rate of green beans experiment,the intermittent light way is superior to cntinuous and flashing light ways,use " LED- 72- 50- 16 /8" the growth rate increase 33%. Promote differentiation and the growth of potato points experiment,provide Red and blue light the growth rate is the best,When the red and blue light provide time different,provide both at the same time the longer the time better.
