3个榕树品种的光合特性

摘  要:
对3个榕树(Ficus microcarpa)品种的光合日变化、光响应特性进行了研究,并测定了叶绿素a、b及类胡萝卜素含量.结果表明,3种榕树净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与胞间CO2浓度呈负相关;3种榕树的物质积累能力为黄金榕(F. microcarpa‘Aurea’)>细叶榕(F.microcarpa)>花叶榕(F. microcarpa‘Variegata’);黄金榕的光饱和点最高,对光照的适应范围最广,细叶榕光饱和点和光补偿点均低,具有较强的耐阴性,而花叶榕只能在较窄范围的光照下生长良好.黄金榕是较优的城市绿化树种.

摘  要:
The daily changes of photosynthesis and photoresponse characteristics of three Ficus microcarpa cultivars were studied,and the contents of chlorophyll a,b and carotenoids were measured in this paper.Their net photosynthetic rate(Pn),Stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),light compensation points(LCP) and light saturation points(LSP)were detected by LI-6400XT Photosynthetic Analysis System.The results showed that Pn correlated positively with Gs and Tr,while correlated negatively with Ci.The mass accumulation ability of F.microcarpa 'Aurea' was the strongest,the F.microcarpa was lower and the F.microcarpa 'Variegata' was the lowest.F.microcarpa was shade-tolerant for both low LSP and LCP while F.microcarpa 'Variegata' had a strict request on light intensity,F.micnocarpa 'Aurea' had widest light intensity for highest LSP.Consequently,F.microcarpa 'Aurea' was considered to be the best choice as an ornamental tree.
