松实小卷蛾雌蛾对思茅松针叶挥发性化合物的触角电位反应

摘  要:
[目的]研究思茅松针叶气味对松实小卷蛾产卵行为的影响。[方法]室内验证松实小卷蛾产卵是否受到寄主松树气味的影响,进行室内行为测试和触角电位实验。[结果]结果表明,保留触角的松实小卷蛾雌蛾在新鲜针叶上的产卵量大于在枯萎针叶上的量,而切除了触角的雌蛾则对新鲜和枯萎针叶没有选择性。松实小卷蛾雌蛾对思茅松针叶挥发性物质主要成分α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、β-水芹烯都表现出一定的触角电位反应,以β-水芹烯引起的松实小卷蛾触角电位反应最大,其次是柠檬烯。[结论]β-水芹烯、柠檬烯在新鲜针叶挥发物中的含量远大于在枯萎针叶挥发物中的含量,β-水芹烯、柠檬烯可能是刺激松实小卷蛾雌蛾产卵的主要物质。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of volatile terpenes from needles of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis to oviposition behavior of Retinia cristata.[Method] Whether the oviposition behavior of Retinia cristata was influenced by Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis odour was validated in room,and the electroantennogram experiment was made.[Result]The results indicated that normal moths deposited much more eggs on fresh pine needles than on withered needles;however,antennectomized moths did not exhibit any selectivity.Electroantennogram(EAG) study showed that the female moths had stated response to main compositions of needle volatile of α-pinene,β-pinene,myrcene,limonene and βphellandrene,β-phellandrene elicited the largest EAG response,and limonene was secondly.[Conclusion]Taking into account the fact that there is more β-phellandrene and limonene in volatile of fresh needles than that of withered needles,the two compounds are speculated as the primary oviposition stimulants.
