高铜日粮中添加甘氨酸铁、锌对断奶仔猪生产性能及相关生化指标的影响

摘  要:
为探讨在250 mg/kg日粮条件下甘氨酸铁、锌不同添加量对断奶仔猪生产性能及血液生化指标的影响,选择平均体重相近(8.73±0.06)kg的断奶仔猪96头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头。处理1为对照组,饲喂基础日粮+150 mg/kg硫酸亚铁+150 mg?kg硫酸锌;试验1、2、3组在基础日粮中分别添加甘氨酸铁150、100、50 mg/kg;甘氨酸锌150、100、50 mg/kg,试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验3组的生产性能最佳,平均日增重(ADG)提高了4.35%(P>0.05),料肉比(F/G)降低了5.38%(P>0.05);添加甘氨酸铁、锌能够提高铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、铜蓝蛋白活性;提高血清铁、锌的含量,且随螯合物添加量的增加呈上升趋势;添加甘氨酸铁、锌能够降低铁、锌元素排泄量,且粪铜的含量随着甘氨酸铁、锌添加量的增加呈下降趋势。在断奶仔猪高铜饲粮中添加甘氨酸铁、锌能够提高机体抗氧化酶的活性及血清铁、锌的含量,促进微量元素的吸收利用,减少排泄量,进而促进断奶仔猪的生产性能。

摘  要:
In order to evaluate the effect of different iron-gly and zinc-gly levels on the growth performance and blood biochemical parameters of weanling piglets under 250 mg/kg Cu condition,96 weanling piglets(8.73±0.06) kg were randomly distributed into four groups with four replications,six of each.Piglets in control group were fed basal diet which mixed 150 mg/kg FeSO4,150 mg/kg ZnSO4,while in trailⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the diet which mixed 150 mg/kg,100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg iron-gly and zinc-gly respectively instead of the 150 mg/kg FeSO4,150 mg/kg ZnSO4.The test lasted for 30 days.The results indicated that trail Ⅱ got the best growth performance,in which ADG increased by 4.35%(P>0.05)and the F/G decreased by 5.38%(P>0.05)respectively compared with the control group.The activity of CuZn-SOD,GSH-PX and CP could be increased by adding iron-gly,zinc-gly.The content of Fe and Zn in the serum increased significantly while the excretion decreased.It shows that adding iron-gly and zinc-gly into diet which contains high quantity of Cu can profoundly increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the contents of Fe and Zn in the serum.
