锌对汞胁迫下豌豆幼苗生长发育效应的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究锌对汞胁迫下豌豆幼苗的解毒效应。[方法]以豌豆为材料,研究了不同浓度的HgNO3和ZnSO4的混合溶液对豌豆种子发芽率、幼苗根长与茎长的影响。[结果]随着汞浓度的增加,豌豆幼苗生长呈现先促进后抑制的趋势。汞浓度为150 mg/L时,萌发率、根长和芽长均降为最低,分别比对照降低了31.70%、2.23和0.18 cm。当加入锌浓度≤50 mg/L时,各处理组豌豆的生长均好于未加锌;但当锌浓度≥100 mg/L时,各处理组豌豆种子的生长均低于未加锌。锌浓度≤100 mg/L时,各处理组的分裂期细胞数均大于对照。当锌浓度为20 mg/L时,细胞畸变率最低(0.57%);锌浓度为10 mg/L、汞浓度为10 mg/L时,叶绿素含量最多。汞浓度为10mg/L时,POD灰度值最大,是对照的207.86%。[结论]锌的最佳解毒浓度为10 mg/L。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research was to study the antidotal effect of Zn on pea seedling under Hg stress.[Method] With pea as tested material,the influence of mixed solution of HgNO3 and ZnSO4 with different concn.on the seed germination rate,root length and stem length of pea seedling were studied.[Result] With the increase of Hg concn.,the growth of pea seedling had a trend of first promoting and then suppressing.When Hg was 150 mg/L,the seed germination rate,root length and stem length was decreased to the lowest,reducing by 31.70%,2.23 and 0.18 cm than that of CK resp.When Zn was ≤50 mg/L,the pea growth in different treatments were all better than that in treatment without adding Zn.When Zn was ≥100 mg/L,the pea growth in different treatments were all lower than that in treatment without adding Zn.When Zn was ≤100 mg/L,the cell number in dividing phase in each treatment was bigger than that of CK and when Zn was 20 mg/L,the cell aberration rate was lowest(0.57%).When Zn was 10 mg/L and Hg was 10 mg/L,the content of chlorophyll was most.When Hg was 10 mg/L,the gray scale value of POD was largest and was 207.86% of that of CK.[Conclusion] The best concn.of Zn for detoxication was 10 mg/L.
