盐胁迫对东方山羊豆生理特性的影响

摘  要:
对东方山羊豆和肇东苜蓿2种牧草进行不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理,浓度梯度分别为50、100和150mmol/L,胁迫0、1、2、3和4d后取样,研究盐胁迫对东方山羊豆和肇东苜蓿脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD和POD活性的影响。试验结果显示,东方山羊豆比肇东苜蓿具有相对较强的抗盐能力。

摘  要:
In this paper,different levels of NaCl stress treatment to the seeding of Galega Orientalis L.and Medicago sativa CV Zhaodong was carried out.Which the concentration of NaCl were 50、100、150 mmol/L.The effects of Salt Stress on relative SOD activity and POD activity、the contents of Proline and Soluble proteins in the leaves of the two species were studied after 0、1、2、3、4 days treatment.The result showed that the salt resistant ability of Galega Orientalis L.was better than Medicago sativa CV Zhaodong.
