钾水平对百日草干物质积累及氮磷钾吸收与积累的影响

摘  要:
以百日草为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了不同供钾水平(0、100、200、300、400 mg/kg)对百日草干物质积累及氮、磷、钾吸收与积累的影响。结果表明:施钾有利于提高百日草干物质积累量,有利于提高地上部分和地下部分的氮、钾含量及氮、磷、钾积累量。百日草干物质积累量及氮、磷、钾积累量的变化规律一致,均随着施钾量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在施钾量为300 mg/kg时达到最大值,施钾量为400 mg/kg时又有所下降,但都显著高于对照。钾含量总体上随施钾量的增加而增加。在设置试验条件下,300 mg/kg为百日草最适钾肥用量。

摘  要:
Taking Zinnia elegans as the experimental material,the effects of different potassium(K)levels(0,100,200,300,400 mg/kg) on dry matter accumulation and nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and K uptake and accumulation of Zinnia elegans were studied by using pot experiment.The results showed that K application improved dry matter accumulation,contents of N,K in shoots and roots,accumulation of N,P,and K.The variations of dry matter accumulation and the accumulation of N,P,and K were consistent,they first increased and then declined with K levels raise,the indicators reached the highest in the treatment of 300 mg/kg,and then decreased when K level was 400 mg/kg,but these indexes at 400 mg/kg were still significantly higher than those of control.The content of K increased with the increase of K application.Under the condition of this experiment,the 300 mg/kg is the most appropriate K level for Zinnia elegans.
