氟虫腈在竹笋中的残留检测与消解动态

摘  要:
系统分析了氟虫腈在竹笋中的残留和消解动态,建立了消解方程。研究表明氟虫腈施于竹笋表面很快被吸收,施药2h就有吸收,1d后达到最大吸收值,半衰期5.5d,7d后残留显著降低,21.6d后消解到0.01mg/kg,30d后可消解99.69%。研究结果表明氟虫腈不会对竹笋造成残留污染。

摘  要:
Degradation and determination of the residue of fipronil in bamboo shoot,as well as its equation. The result suggested that sprayed on the surface of bamboo shoot,fipronil had been rapidly absorbed after fipronil sprayed 2 hours,and its absorbed quantities after fipronil sprayed 1 day was the most absorbed quantities. The half life time of fipronil in bamboo shoot was 5.5 days,and fipronil having been sprayed 30 days later,the degradative quantities of the residue of fipronil in bamboo shoot reached 99.69%. The research result showed that there was no pollution of the residue of fipronil on bamboo and bamboo shoot.
