低温弱光胁迫对网纹甜瓜嫁接苗与自根苗某些物质含量的影响

摘  要:
在9℃±0.5℃、光强14μmo1.m-2.s-1条件下,对以鲁厚甜1号为接穗、全能铁甲为砧木的嫁接苗及接穗自根苗处理4d,调查冷害指数,测定脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量并研究其变化规律。结果表明,嫁接苗冷害指数较自根苗低,说明嫁接苗耐寒性比厚皮甜瓜自根苗明显提高。嫁接苗脯氨酸、叶片中可溶性糖含量明显高于自根苗,在低温弱光胁迫后叶片中可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸以及根系中可溶性糖含量增加幅度较自根苗大。

摘  要:
In the low temperature(9℃±0.5℃) and poor light(14umol.m -2.s -1) conditions,grafted muskmelon used QNTJ as rootstock and L1 muskmelon variety as scion and own rooted- muskmelon seedlings were treated for 4 days to study content and changes of Pro, solube sugar and solube Pr, as well as the chilling injury index. The results show that the soluble sugar in the leaf and Pro content of the grafted seeding went increased. Under low temperature and poor light treatment, chilling indurance index of grafted seeding is lower than eliares self-rooted muskmelon.it indicates the resistance to low temperature and poor light of the grafted muskmelon seeding improved significantly. The content of Pro and soluble Pr of seeding were increased.The increment of Pro and soluble Pr in the leaf and soluble sugar content in the root of grafted seedling are higher than that of in own-rooted muskmelon.
