鹤类COI条码变异研究

摘 要：
世界现存15种鹤,该研究采集了7种鹤的样本,获得21条鹤类COI条码序列(695 bp),从GenBank数据库下载41条COI序列,最终获得62条长为620 bp的COI序列用于分析。分析获得25个单倍型,其中包括5个新发现单倍型。共发现143个变异位点,皆为简约信息位点,非同义突变位点7个。根据COI条码片段推算出长为206个氨基酸的蛋白质序列,发现5个非同义氨基酸突变位点,皆为中性氨基酸突变。15种鹤科鸟类25个COI条码单倍型的一致性为87.1%~100.0%,分歧为0.0%~14.6%。鹤亚科种内分歧小于0.5%,种间分歧大于1.3%。

摘 要：
Globally there are 15 extant species of cranes.We collected specimens of 7 species and obtained 21 COI barcode sequences(695 bp).41 COI sequences were downloaded from the GenBank database and 62 sequences with lengths of 620 bp were obtained for further analysis.5of 25 analyzed haplotypes proved to be new haplotypes.There were 143 mutation sites,and all were parsimony informative sites,among which there were 7 non-synonymous mutations.A protein sequence of 206 amino acids was inferred according to COI sequence fragments,among which there were 5 non-synonymous amino acid mutations,and all were neutral amino acid.The percent identity between 25 COI haplotypes of 15 species of cranes ranged from 87.1%to100.0%.and the divergence ranged from 0.0%to 14.6%.Intraspecific divergence was less than 0.5%and interspecific divergence was more than 1.3%in the crane subfamily.
