摘 要：
转型期中国城乡社会出现了全方位的断裂,以经济利益断裂为核心的城乡裂痕需要通过利益格局重构予以纠正,以资本下乡为载体和先导的城乡要素配置与互动是利益格局重塑的突破口和核心内容.文献梳理发现,现有研究对资本下乡的要素配置效应基本持肯定态度,然而,要素错配已成为农业农村发展的关键制约,以"农村区域内人力资本溢出"、"农业核心区农地配置偏误"和"农业生态价值损失"为典型的农村区域内要素错配没有引起足够重视,也缺乏核心问题指引下统一分析框架内的根源性探讨;农村区域内要素误置的识别与验证、纠偏路径与实现机制、依附型乡村发展模式的反思等方面的研究亟待深入.

摘 要：
China's urban and rural society has experienced an all-round social fragmentation. The urban-rural cracks need to be corrected through the reconstruction of the interest pattern. The allocation and interaction of urban and rural production factors is the breakthrough and core content of the reconstruction of the interest pattern. Through literature review,it is found that the existing researches basically hold a positive attitude towards the allocation effect of factors on capital going to the countryside;however,negative effects of production factors mismatches in rural areas on agricultural and rural development have not attracted enough attention,nor have been explored under the guidance of core issues within the unified analysis framework. The identification and verification of factor mismatches in rural areas,its rectifying path and implementation mechanism,the dependent rural development pattern still need further study.
