HPLC荧光法测定苦瓜中的2,4-表芸苔素内酯残留

摘  要:
建立了测定苦瓜中的2,4-表芸苔素内酯残留的高效液相色谱方法。用乙腈提取苦瓜中的2,4-表芸苔素内酯,加入9-菲硼酸反应,用高效液相色谱荧光检测器检测。结果表明:在0~25mg/L时其峰面积与进样质量浓度有良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.9997,加标样品测定的相对标准偏差为2.1%~4.0%。芸苔素内酯的最低检出限为20μg/kg。2,4-表芸苔素内酯的回收率为92.0%~104%。

摘  要:
the method of determination of 2,4-epibrassinolide in the bitter gourd by reversed-phase hPlc with fluorescence detection was developed. Using acetonitrile as extract, derivative for reaction with phenanthrene-9- boronic, detection was performed with fluorescence detector. There was a good linear calibration curve in the range from 0 to 25 mg/l, the linear correlation was 0.9997, the relative standard deviations of sample was 2.1-4.0%, the recoveries was 92.0-104%. the detection limit was 20 μg/kg.
