摘  要：
以1981-2010年育成的62个水稻(Oryza sativa)品种为材料,分析不同时期水稻品种品质性状多样性和亲缘系数的变化,并通过主坐标分析、聚类分析了解品种间的形态距离和遗传关系。结果表明,随着育种时间的推移,辽宁省水稻品种间品质性状多样性下降,遗传基础狭窄。在今后的水稻品质育种工作中应拓宽亲本来源、加强种质交流,充分利用现有育成品种间的遗传差异,最大程度发挥优质骨干亲本的作用。

摘  要：
62 rice(Oryza sativa) cultivars bred from 1981 to 2010 were used to analyze the diversity and relationship of rice quality traits during different periods, and investigate the morphological distance and genetic relationship between varieties with principal coordinate analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that as breeding time progressed, diversity of quality traits decreased between varieties in Liaoning province. The genetic background was narrow. In the future breeding of rice quality should broaden the source of parents, strengthen the germplasms communication, make full use of the genetic differences of the bred cultivars, and make the high-quality backbone parental play a role in rice breeding to the maximum degree.
