摘 要:
为揭示开发区土地集约空间分异规律,从实践角度补充完善《开发区土地集约利用评价规程》指标体系和评价方法,采用对比分析、空间聚类、影像识别,以识别土地建成率指标为切入点,对安徽省17个国家级开发区土地集约利用状况进行了研究。结果表明,17个国家级开发区土地集约利用存在明显的空间分异现象;现存实践中对土地建成率判断有误;从可实施性和可操作性的角度讲,增加的程度潜力指标将有效促进开发区土地集约利用潜力分析和建设用地存量挖潜。由此得出,重构的土地建成率识别和土地集约利用程度潜力分析可进一步完善《开发区土地集约利用评价规程》指标体系,有助于挖掘开发区土地实际潜力,适用于推广应用。

摘 要:
In order to reveal the land intensive spatial differentiation of development zones for complementing and perfecting the index system and evaluation method for the evaluation rules of land intensive utilization in development zones in practice,using methods of comparative analysis, spatial clustering,image recognition, and from perspective of identifying the land completion rate,the status of land intensive utilization of 17 state-level development zones in Anhui province was analyzed. The results indicated that,the land intensive utilization of these 17 state-level development zones have phenomena of obvious spatial differentiation. There existed misjudgment to the land completion rate in practice. From the practical and operational perspective,the suggested potential index would effectively promote the potential analysis of land intensive utilization and the land stock for potential construction of the development zone. Accordingly it concluded that the reconstructed analysis of the identification of land completion rate and the potentiality of land intensive utilization c ould further perfect the index system for the evaluation"rules" of land intensive utilization in development zones,and help to excavate the land practical potentials of development zones,and apply to the popularization and application.
