氯化钠胁迫下不同钙盐对苦楝萌发的缓解效应

摘  要:
以苦楝(Melia azedarach)为材料,研究了不同种类外源钙离子和不同浓度钙离子对氯化钠胁迫下苦楝种子发芽的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下(50 mmol·L-1 NaCl)苦楝种子发芽指标和幼苗指标均明显下降;不同外源钙离子和不同浓度钙离子均能提高在氯化钠胁迫下苦楝种子的发芽指标和幼苗指标,降低盐胁迫影响,缓解盐害。其中CaCl2在高浓度(20 mmol·L-1)时缓解作用稍好于低浓度(10 mmol·L-1)时,而Ca(NO3)2低浓度(10 mmol·L-1)比高浓度(20 mmol·L-1)的缓解作用显著增强。

摘  要:
In this article,the ameliorative effect of different Calcium on the germination of Melia azedarach seeds under salt stress was studied.The results indicated that the germination of M.azedarach seeds was obviously inhabited by 50 mmol·L-1 NaCl salt stress.Adding different calcium had ameliorative effects on the germination of M.azedarach seeds.The salt injury was highly amended by adding 20 mmol·L-1 CaCl2,but the ameliorative effect of calcium was not obviously amended by adding 10 mmol·L-1 CaCl2.While the salt injury was highly amended by adding 10 mmol·L-1 Ca(NO3)2,but the ameliorative effect of Calcium was not obviously amended by adding 20 mmol·L-1 Ca(NO3)2.
