皇菊的有益成分含量及其可食用性分析

摘  要:
以从江西婺源成功引种到成都平原地区,并通过无公栽培技术而获得的皇菊花为材料,对花朵中的某些有益成分进行了初步的分析测定和探索,同时将这些物质对人体的益处进行了一些整理,为人们在对该菊花品种的食用方面提供参考,为该产业开辟新的发展途径而提供依据。检测结果表明,这一菊花中含有黄酮、锌、硒、叶黄素等有益物质,具有较高的保健价值和良好的发展前景,值得进一步研究开发。

摘  要:
Taking the imperial chrysanthemum which was obtained by pollutant-free cultivation since it was successfully introduced into the Chengdu Plain from Wuyuan,Jiangxi Province as experimental material,some of the beneficial components of flower were preliminary determined and explored,and the benefits of these substances to the human body were analyzed,providing people with a reference for the edibility of chrysanthemum varieties,and providing the basis for new ways of development of the industry. The results showed that the imperial chrysanthemum contains flavonoid,zinc,selenium,lutein and other beneficial substances,which have high health value and good prospects for development,and it is worthy to be further researched and developed.
