在进行高校图书馆电子资源投入产出绩效评价体系构建时,需要将其在各个环节的特点进行明确,在对具体指标进行分析的基础上,根据其具体的表现进行相关效益分析,进而开展整体性的评价。在进行绩效评价体系构建时,需要结合高校图书馆对电子资源投入和产出过程中相关环节进行有效说明,并遵循一定的原则进行构建,而且在实际的评价中还需要注意相关的要素分析,以实现整体评价的有效性和合理性。

摘  要：
In the construction of university library' s electronic resource input and output performance evaluation system, it needed to catch the characteristics of each link, and make the benefit analysis according to the specific performance of indicators with the previous analysis of specific indicators, and then carry out overall evaluation. It also needed to give effective instructions about the relevant links in the electronic resource input and output process in university library, and follow certain principles, and then pay attention to the related factors analysis in the actual evaluation,so as to achieve the validity and rationality of overall evaluation.
