我国养猪户粪污处理行为的调查与分析

摘  要：
随着生态文明建设和畜牧业转型升级的推进,我国越来越重视畜禽养殖污染处理问题。生猪养殖污染是畜禽污染中最主要的污染,了解养猪户的粪污处理行为,有助于规范养殖户行为,减少养殖污染排放。因此,笔者通过问卷调查,对收集的辽宁省、山东省、江西省及广东省四个养猪大省共284个养殖户的样本数据进行了分析。结果表明:接近七成的养猪户有专门的粪污处理设施,但治理污染的成本较高;大部分养殖户综合采用直接排放、制取沼气、出售、粪肥还田等多种粪污处理方式;多数养殖户有改善粪污处理条件的意向,优先考虑制取沼气,但资金是最大困难。对此,笔者提出相应的对策建议。

摘  要：
With the advance of the construction of ecological civilization and the transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry,pollution treatment problems from livestock and poultry breeding are paid more and more attention in China. Pig breeding pollution is the main pollution in the livestock and poultry pollution. Understanding the behavior of pig farmers on treating fecal sewage can contribute to regulating the behavior of pig farmers to reduce emissions of pollution from pig breeding. Therefore,the sample data collected from 284 pig farmers in four large provinces for raising pigs through questionnaire survey were analyzed,including Liaoning,Shangdong,Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces. The results showed that nearly 70% of pig farmers had specialized facilities for treating fecal sewage,but the costs were higher for controlling pollution control. Most of the pig farmers comprehensively adopted a variety of methods for treating fecal sewage,such as direct emissions,making biogas,selling,and manure returning to farmland. Most of pig farmers intended to improve the conditions of treating fecal sewage and gave priority to make biogas,but funding was the biggest difficulty. At last,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
