新型高速分插机构椭圆齿轮传动的仿真分析

摘 要：
椭圆齿轮传动的仿真分析是高速分插机构动态仿真的关键。由于目前的仿真软件没有提供非圆齿轮传动的仿真分析工具,所以椭圆齿轮传动的仿真分析是亟待解决的难点。为此,对椭圆齿轮传动进行运动学分析,得到从动椭圆齿轮的角位移、角速度与时间的关系曲线;然后,根据椭圆齿轮的加工原理,在PRO/E中生成椭圆齿轮的虚拟三维模型,并使用ADAMS软件对椭圆齿轮的传动进行运动学仿真分析,最终得到仿真的角位移、角速度与时间的关系曲线。结果证明,仿真曲线与理论曲线一致,从而为非圆齿轮的虚拟传动提供了解决的方法。

摘 要：
The emulate analysis of ellipse gear drive is the key of dynamic emulate of the high-speed separating-planting mechanism ,Now the common emulate software doesn’t supply non-circular gear drive’s emulate analysis tool, so it’s a urgently problem to solve ellipse gear drive emulate analysis . This study analyzes ellipse gear drive’s kinematics firstly, and gains driven gear’s relation curve of angular displacement,angular velocity and the time. The author edits ellipse gear’s dummy three-dimensional model in PRO/E according to ellipse gear’s processing principle. Through use ADAMS software to analyze ellipse gear drive’s kinematics, this study gains emulate relation curve of angular displacement,angular velocity and the time, which proves that the result of theory curve and emulate curve are identical, so it supplies a solving method for non-circular gear’s emulate drive.
