摘  要:
Activities and enzyme zymograms of indole-3-acetic acid oxidase and cationic perox- idase in seedling roots of Indica-Japonica hybrid rice were examined with an indica hybrid cultivar (Shanyou 63)and a japonica normal cultivar(Nongken 58)as controls.The activites and protein contents of indole-3-acetic acid oxidase and cationic peroxidase in the indica-japonica hybrids were lower than in the two controls.No difference in band number of IAA oxidase isoenzymes was found between the indica-japonica hybrids and both the controls.However,the band number and intensity of cationic peroxidase isoenzymes in the indica-japonica hybrids stood between the con- trols Shanyou 63 and Nongken 58.Activity and isozyme bands of anionic peroxidase were not de- tected in our experiment.The length,number,fresh weight and dry weight of seedling roots of the indica-japonica hybrids were greater than those in the two control cultivars.
