双丙戊酸钠合成工艺改进研究

摘  要:
以丙二酸二乙酯及1-溴丙烷为起始原料,经烷基化、水解和酸化、脱羧及双丙戊酸钠合成等4步操作,制备了双丙戊酸钠原料药,对合成工艺进行了较为系统的优化,合成的产物经核磁共振谱检测确定了双丙戊酸钠的结构。该工艺起始原料较为廉价易得、低毒环保,合成工艺操作简便成熟,适于工业生产。

摘  要:
This article preliminarily studied the synthesis of sodium divalproex,optimization of the procedure and amplification of the procedure. Our route starts with diethyl malonate and 1-bromopropane,going through four steps of alkylation,hydrolysis and acidification,decarboxylation and eventually getting sodium divalproex. The materials of this synthetic route are cheaper and easier to obtain. The reaction procedure is safer,environmental-friendly and more suitable for the industrial production.
