机群智能化工程机械体系结构和关键技术

摘  要:
研究分析了机群智能化工程机械技术。指出国内可首先研究由混凝土拌和站、自卸车、摊铺机、压路机和装载机等智能化工程机械组成的道路施工机群。就机群智能化工程机械技术体系应包括的机群的优化与调度、机群智能化中单机的共性关键技术、施工机群中的单机关键技术 3个方面 ,分别提出了结构框架。

摘  要:
In this paper, a novel technique used for optimizing and dispatching a construction machinery group through radio data communications, machine monitoring, diagnostics, job and business management, and machine control was studied. The system was designed to lower customer costs, improve efficiency, and increase productivity in large scale construction operations. The authors suggested that in China a fleet system consisted of intelligent concret mix plant, dump truck, road paver, compactor and wheel loader for road constructions should be preliminarily studied. A fleet system involves three sub systems, optimization and dispatch of the entire fleet, the common key techniques for individual machines in the fleet and the specific key techniques for individuals in the fleet. The technical architectures and principles for these three aspects were given.
