基于波特的五力模型对我国旅行社行业当前竞争环境进行分析,从国内旅游社行业内部竞争环境、在线旅游和新型旅游业态对传统旅行社替代威胁、潜在新进入旅行社行业的可能性与威胁、旅游供应商在与旅行社合作中的议价与供应威胁、旅游者消费习惯变化和议价能力对旅行社的威胁等方面进行深入分析,提出了产品结构升级差异化竞争策略、行业并购策略、市场细分与品牌策略、网络升级策略和人才队伍建设策略。

摘  要:
The use of Potter's five forces model to analyze China's travel industry present competitive environment, deeply analyze from alternative threats that the Internal competitive environment of domestic travel agency industry, online travel and new tourism formats to traditional travel agencies, possibilities and threats that the new potential travel agency industry into, threat that travel suppliers in cooperation with travel agencies in the bargaining and supply, threat that tourist consumption habits change and the bargaining power to the travel agency. On this basis, the paper puts forward product structure upgrading differentiation competition strategy, industry merger and acquisition strategy, market segmentation and brand strategy, network upgrade strategy and talent team building strategy.
