武夷茶中苯醚甲环唑的残留检测

摘  要:
针对农药残留现状,本文利用表面增强拉曼光谱技术,探索茶叶中苯醚甲环唑残留的快速检测方法.选择苯醚甲环唑浸泡过的武夷茶经乙腈处理,变压吸附(PSA)以及纳米竹炭(NBC)去除茶叶中的叶绿素以及有机酸等物质,通过偏最小二乘回归法建立苯醚甲环唑的预测模型.结果表明,茶叶中苯醚甲环唑残留的检出浓度达到国家规定的限量标准,预测模型得到的预测值与实测值之间无显著差异,可作为茶叶苯醚甲环唑残留的大规模检测工具.

摘  要:
In view of the status of pesticide residue in tea, this paper used the technology of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy to explore the rapid detection on pesticide residues in tea. The chlorophyll and organic acids and other substances were removed by using acetonitrile treatment, pressure adsorption (PSA) and Nano bamboo charcoal (NBC) in Wuyi tea soaked in difenoconazole, the prediction model of difenoconazole was established by partial least squares regression method. The results showed the detection concentration was according with the national limit standard, there was no significant difference between the predicted and measured value and the prediction model could be applied to the detection for difenoconazole residues in Wuyi Tea.
