封闭群草原兔尾鼠正常血液生化指标的测定及部分器官的组织学观察

摘  要:
利用雅培 ( AEROSET)全自动血液生化测定仪对封闭群草原兔尾鼠 2 3项血液正常生化指标进行了测定 ,并与昆明小鼠、人的正常值进行了比较 ,同时探讨了年龄、性别因素对封闭群草原兔尾鼠血液正常生化指标的影响。另外 ,对封闭群草原兔尾鼠的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肺、脾脏进行了组织学观察。结果如下 :( 1)该种新开发的实验动物血液正常生化指标与昆明小鼠、人的正常值相比较具有以下特点 :1总蛋白 ( TPROT)、白蛋白 ( AL B)、球蛋白 ( GL OB)、总胆红素 ( TBIL I)、直接胆红素 ( DBIL I)、间接胆红素 ( IBIL I)、尿素氮 ( UREA)、二氧化碳 ( CO2 )、甘油三脂 ( TG)、胆固醇( CHOL )、钠 ( Na)、氯 ( Cl)、镁 ( Mg)、总钙 ( TCA)的测定值 ,三者间无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 2封闭群草原兔尾鼠与昆明小鼠相比 ,谷草转氨酶 ( AST)、谷丙转氨酶 ( AL T)、糖 ( GL U)、钾 ( K)、磷 ( P3+)存在显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。 3封闭群草原兔尾鼠与人相比 ,谷草转氨酶 ( AST)、谷丙转氨酶 ( AL T)、碱性磷酸酶 ( AL P)、乳酸脱氢酶( L DH)、肌酐 ( CREAT)、尿酸 ( UA)、钾 ( K)存在显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。 ( 2 ) 2个年龄组各指标间以及 2个性别组各指标间均无统计学差异。 ( 3)封闭群草原兔?

摘  要:
Providing references for the dissemination of Lagurus lagurus closed colony,23 blood biochemical parameters of Lagurus lagurus closed colony were determinated by using AEROSET auto blood biochemical radiomete and compared with the KM mice and the human.Meanwhile we attempted to find out the influences of ages and sexes on normal blood biochemical parameters in the Lagurus lagurus closed colony.In addition,we first made a histological observation on the heart,liver,kidney,lung,spleen of the Lagurus lagurus to provide references for the dissemination of Lagurus lagurus closed colony.Results show as follow:(1)The blood biochemical parameters of the new experimental animal have some characters compared with the KM mice′s and the human′s.①The parameters of TPROT,ALB,GLOB,TBILI,DBILI,IBILI,UREA,CO 2,TG,CHOL,Na,Cl,Mg,TCA are not different among the Lagurus lagurus closed colony,KM mice and the human(P>0 05).②The parameters of AST,ALT,GLU,K,P 3+ are different between Lagurus lagurus closed colony and the KM mice(P<0 01 or P<0 05).③The parameter of AST,ALT,ALP,LDH,CREAT,UA,K are different between Lagurus lagurus closed colony and the human(P<0 01 or P<0 05).(2)The same parameters in 1 2 monthes and 24 monthes groups are not different ,so do in male and female groups.(3)The organic histology characters in Lagurus lagurus closed colony are as follows:①Cardiac muscle fiber are thinner and array tightly.Striated structure is not noticeable.Intercalated disk are few and its distribution is irregular.②Hepatic lobules have no clear delimitation and few fiber is existence among them.Hepatic cord array regularly.There are some thin chromatins with steady distribution in the nuclei of liver cell.Portal venule is nearly bigger 30 40 times than arteria′s in portal area.Bile duct is narrow.③There is a delimitation between Cortex and medulla in kidney.The renal glomeruli are small and the renal tubules are concentrate.④Pulmonary alveolis are small and array tightly.Connective tissue is very few among the pulmonary alveoli and it′s very difficult to find out the blood capillary.Pseudostratified ciliated epithelium of trachea have no clear structure.The bronchioles epithelial cells with big volum is protrusion into the atrium.⑤comparing with human′s,we don′t find out typical characters in histology in spleen of the Lagurus lagurus.This animal may be an animal model for research the metabolism of human.
