电解水在我国植物保护上的应用进展

摘  要:
电解水具有高效、广谱的杀菌能力,近年来在我国逐步应用于作物病害防治、植物生长促进、农药残留降解和果蔬采后保护等农业领域。目前,酸性电解水在作物病害防治方面取得良好效果,可替代或者部分替代农药,碱性电解水能有效降解有机磷类农药的残留。未来应加快制定农用电解水的质量标准,加大电解水防治重要作物病害的技术开发,促进电解水技术在植保领域的应用。

摘  要:
As a disinfectant with high efficiency and broad antimicrobial spectrum, electrolyzed water(EW) has been applied in China′s agricultural industry, such as crop disease control, plant growth promotion, pesticide residue elimination and microbial control of postharvest diseases. Acidic electrolytic water could replace or partially replace the microbicide for its proven efficacy on crop disease control, while alkaline electrolytic water can effectively degrade the residues of organophosphorus microbicide. In the future, it is necessary to set quality standards for agricultural EW production, accelerate the development of EW technology for major crop diseases control, and eventually promote the application of EW technology in the field of plant protection.
