广东省红十月农场经营体制改革的探索

摘 要：
红十月农场是广东农垦集团旗下典型的主要依靠橡胶种植获取经济收入的农场。这类农场都具有产业收益少、新型产业发展经验不足、民生负担重的问题。面对繁重的经济问题和历史遗留问题,大刀阔斧实施集团化、企业化改革是不现实的。根据红十月农场的自身问题,为其量身制定经营体制改革的方案,发展生态胶园,成立现代农业合作社,培育新型经营主体是目前可取、可行的有效措施。

摘 要：
Red October Farm is a main farm of Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Group,which relies on rubber for economic income. These farms have the problems of less industrial income,less experience in the development of new industries and a heavy burden on the livelihood. Facing the heavy economic problems and the problems left over by history,it is unrealistic to carry out the reform of collectivization and enterprise. According to the Red October Farm's own problems,it is currently desirable and feasible to develop a scheme for managing the reform of the management system,develop an ecological rubber plantation,establish an agricultural cooperative and cultivate a new type of management entity.
