大学生篮球运动员营养调查及营养补充剂干预试验研究

摘  要:
为了对大学生篮球运动员营养情况进行调查,并研究补充营养补充剂对运动员的影响,本试验中,运动员按照规定的训练方法进行训练,选择相应数量的对照组,分别测定胆固醇、三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇值、肌酸激酶心型同工酶CK-MB(u/L)、免疫球蛋白GIgG(g/L)、免疫球蛋白AIgA(g/L)、血清蛋白Protein(g/L)、血红蛋白Hb(g/L)。选取富含优质蛋白质,不饱和脂肪酸,多种维生素和矿物质的麦胚蛋白给运动员食用,并选择相应对照组运动员,再测定相关指标。结果表明:运动员食用营养补充剂干预后,各项指标有显著变化,胆固醇、三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇值有所下降,免疫球蛋白GIgG(g/L)、免疫球蛋白AIgA(g/L)显著升高。得出通过长期耐力运动训练可以使胆固醇脂质类含量显著下降,补充营养剂后,脂质类含量下降,抗疲劳能力增强。

摘  要:
In the test,investigated the situation of student basketball players nutrition and researched the impact of nutrition supplements for athletes. Athletes training in accordance with the training methods,selected the appropriate number of control group,which were measured cholesterol,triglyceride and high- density lipoprotein cholesterol,heart creatine kinase isoenzyme CK- MB(u/L),immunoglobulin GIgG(g/L),immunoglobulin AIgA(g/L),serum proteins protein(g/L),hemoglobin Hb(g/L),total T lymphocytes CD3(%).Selected rich in quality protein,unsaturated fatty acids,vitamins and minerals athletes eat wheat germ protein,and selected the appropriate control group athletes re-measurement metrics. The results showed that players eating nutritional supplement intervention, there were significant changes in the indicators,cholesterol,triglycerides and high- density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased,immunoglobulin GIgG(g/L),immunoglobulin AIgA( g/L) was significantly increased. Got that which could make cholesterol lipid content be significantly decreased by long- term endurance exercise training,after nutrition agent,the lipid content decreased,the resistance to fatigue enhanced.
