通过对当前农业科研院所信息工作现状的分析,提出了当前信息工作中存在的问题,并从队伍建设、内容完善、机制创新和平台建设上等多方面入手,提出了如何提升信息工作水平,更好地为农业科研事业服务的解决方案。

The paper analyzed the present situation of information work in agricultural research institutes, set forth the several problems in work quality,operational system and staffs,and proposed solutions in terms of staffs,contents,mechanism,measures and platform construction so as to improve information work and serve the agricultural research better.
