复合微生态制剂对母黑豚繁殖性能、泌乳性能及仔黑豚生长性能的影响

摘  要:
试验通过研究复合微生态制剂对母黑豚繁殖性能、泌乳性能及仔黑豚生长性能的影响,以期为复合微生态制剂在黑豚养殖生产中的推广应用奠定基础。试验采用单因子完全随机设计,将40对种黑豚随机分成对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组4个处理组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0、0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg复合微生态制剂的日粮,试验结束测定平均产仔数、平均活仔数、平均活仔率、仔黑豚初生平均重、泌乳力、总耗料量、料乳比、仔黑豚平均日增重、仔黑豚平均成活率等指标。结果显示:试验Ⅰ组的料乳比较对照组降低3.40%(P <0.05);试验Ⅱ组的平均活仔数、平均活仔率、初生平均重、泌乳力、总耗料量、平均日增重、平均成活率较对照组分别提高19.44%、19.87%、2.82%、28.80%、21.21%、4.05%、18.01%(P <0.05),料乳比较对照组降低5.97%(P <0.05);试验Ⅲ组的平均活仔数、平均活仔率、初生平均重、泌乳力、总耗料量、平均日增重、平均成活率较对照组分别提高22.22%、19.23%、2.77%、26.91%、19.48%、3.81%、15.12%,料乳比较对照组降低5.88%(P <0.05);试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组之间,各检测指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上,复合微生态制剂可显著提高母黑豚繁殖性能、泌乳性能和仔黑豚生长性能,其最适添加剂量为1.0 g/kg。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of compound microecological agents on female black dolphin reproductive performance,lactation performance and growth performance of black dolphins,and lay a foundation for the popularization and application of compound microecological agents in black dolphin breeding. Using a single factor complete stochastic design method,40 pairs of black dolphins were randomly divided into four groups: control group,test group Ⅰ,test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ. The four groups were fed with 0,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g/kg of compound microecological agents respectively in the basic diet. The average litter size,average live litter size,average live litter rate,average birth weight,lactation capacity,total feed consumption,feed-milk ratio,average daily gain and average survival rate of black dolphins were measured. The results showed that the feeding milk of group I was 3.40% lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05); The average number of live offspring,average live offspring rate,average birth weight,lactation capacity,total consumption,average daily gain and average survival rate in group II were 19.44%,19.87%,2.82%,28.80%,21.21%,4.05%,18.01% higher than those in control group,respectively(P < 0.05),and the feed-milk ratio was5.97% lower than that in control group(P < 0.05); The average number of live offspring,average live offspring rate,average birth weight,lactation power,total consumption,average daily gain and average survival rate of group III were 22.22%,19.23%,2.77%,26.91%,19.48%,3.81%,15.12% higher than those of control group,respectively,and the feed-milk ratio was 5.88% lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ (P > 0.05). The compound microecological preparation could significantly improve female black dolphin reproductive performance,lactation performance and growth performance of black dolphins,and the optimum additive was 1.0 g/kg.
