土壤养分因子对灰枣果实风味品质的相关分析

摘  要:
【目的】建立灰枣果实品质(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、有机酸及VC)与土壤养分因子间的最优回归方程。【方法】分析测试灰枣果实营养物质和土壤养分,应用DPS和SPSS统计分析软件进行线性逐步回归分析,得出回归方程。【结果】灰枣果实营养与土壤养分间存在显著性相关关系,其中可溶性糖与速效钾和锰元素成显著正相关,相关系数分别为(r=0.706,r=0.589 9),可溶性蛋白含量与土壤中全磷、速效磷、速效钾和锰元素含量成正相关关系,机酸含量与土壤中全氮、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾成正相关,VC含量与土壤中全氮、有机质、速效钾和含盐量成显著正相关。【结论】果实中的营养物质与土壤相应的有效养分之间呈现出正相关的关系,说明了科学均衡的施肥是提高果实口感、风味品质及商品价值的保障。

摘  要:
【Objective】This study aims at establishing the optimal regression equation between gray jujube fruit quality( soluble sugar,soluble protein,organic acid and vitamin C) and soil nutrient factors.【Methods】Analysis and test of gray jujube fruit nutrients and soil nutrients,application of DPS and SPSS statistical analysis software for stepwise linear regression analysis to conclude the regression equation. 【Result】There was a significant correlation between gray jujube fruit nutrition and soil nutrient,thereinto the soluble sugar and available potassium and manganese element showed a significant positive correlation,and the correlation coefficients were( r = 0. 706,r = 0. 589 9),respectively. Soluble protein content and total phosphorus,available phosphorus,available potassium and manganese content in soil were positively correlated,organic acid content and the total nitrogen and potassium,nitrogen and potassium in soil were positively correlated,too. VC content and the total nitrogen,available potassium and organic matter,and the amount of salt in soil had a significantly positive correlation.【Conclusion】The positive correlation relationship between the nutrients of fruit and the corresponding effective of soil nutrients indicates that scientific and balanced fertilization is the guarantee to improve the fruit taste,flavor,quality and commodity value.
