In order to explore a new way to control the environmental pollution caused by malodorous gas from livestock and poultry manure, three strains of highly degradable NH_3 were screened from fresh pig manure and compost, labeled XA12,XB2,XB9.Used morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments,16S rDNA and 26S rDNA sequence analysis, they were identified as Pediococcus acidilactici,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Cryptococcus laurentii.By combining XA12,XB2 and XB9,the single-factor test was used to determine the optimum deodorant conditions for composite microbial deodorants. The optimum culture time was 32℃,the best inoculation amount was 10% ,the optimum deodorization time was 54 h,the optimum initial medium pH was 7.0.This experiment prepared efficient deodorization complex microbial inoculants with compound technology, providing technical support and basis for biological deodorization of pig farms.
