在乡村振兴背景下,本文根据相关文献对山东部分地区农村老年人的现状的调查,基于马斯诺需求理论分析农村老年人的相关需求,提出满足农村老年人需求的策略与建议,以解决农村老年人养老和医疗的问题。

摘  要：
Under the background of rural revitalization, the paper based on the investigation of the current situation of the rural elderly in some areas of Shandong Province, based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, this paper analyzes the relevant needs of the rural elderly, puts forward the strategies and suggestions to meet the needs of the rural elderly, to solve the problems of the rural elderly care and medical care.
