基于MODIS时序数据分析的作物识别方法

摘  要:
通过对植被指数序列数据分析可以准确提取农作物的物候特征信息,从而对不同作物进行识别。该文利用MODIS2004年以旬为单位合成的NDVI数据,采用Coif4小波变换的方法重构作物生长曲线,运用快速傅里叶变换对NDVI时序曲线进行分析,选取曲线均值(0级谐波振幅)、1~3级谐波的初始相位及振幅比例作为作物识别的参数,实现华北地区5种主要作物的识别。经过验证,最终的使用者精度都达到85%以上。

摘  要:
We can accurately pick up information about plant phenology characteristics through analyzing vegetation index sequence data, so as to identify different plants. This paper uses NDVI complex data by MODIS in 2004 taking 10 days as unit, adopts Coif 4 small wave changing method to repeat the construction of plant growing curve, exercises speedy Fourier commutation to analyze NDVI time order curve, selects average value of the curve (o grade resonance), the initial phase from 1 to 3 grade resonance and amplitude as parameter to identify crop, and completes the identification of 5 major crops in North China region. Through validation, the final usage accuracy can reach over 85%.
