NaCl胁迫对北美海蓬子生长和品质的影响

摘  要:
以北美海蓬子为材料进行盆栽土培实验,研究了不同浓度的NaCl对海蓬子的生长及品质的影响。结果表明:(1)低浓度的NaCl胁迫可促进海蓬子的生长,240、300 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,海蓬子株高、鲜重、干重及菜用质量均显著高于对照。NaCl浓度超过300 mmol/L,各项指标与对照相比均显著下降。(2)随着NaCl浓度的增加,海蓬子脯氨酸含量逐渐增加。(3)适当浓度的NaCl胁迫可提高海蓬子的品质,VC含量及氨基酸总量都显著上升。综合比较,300 mmol/L是较有利于海蓬子生长和品质积累的NaCl浓度。

摘  要:
Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on the growth and quality of Salicornia bigelovii.The results showed that:(1) Low concentrations of NaCl stress was propitious to the growth of Salicornia bigelovii.The plant height,fresh weight per plant,dry weight per plant and fresh weight of edible part of Salicornia bigelovii under 240 or 300 mmol/L NaCl stress were significantly higher than those of the control,while all these indexes decreased significantly under above 300 mmol/L NaCl stress as compared with those of the control.(2) Along with the increase of NaCl concentration,the proline content in Salicornia bigelovii increased gradually.(3) Appropriate concentrations of NaCl stress could improve the quality of Salicornia bigelovii,its contents of Vc and total amino acids were significantly increased.In conclusion,300 mmol/L NaCl stress was more favorable to the growth and quality accumulation of Salicornia bigelovii.
