临泽县随着畜牧业的发展,畜禽养殖数量也逐年增加,同时因各种原因导致动物的死亡数量也随之呈增长趋势。病死畜的无害化处理关系到环境安全、公共卫生安全、食品安全和畜牧业的健康发展。因此,建立和完善病死畜无害化处理运行机制,对于有效控制动物疫病传播扩散和解决病死畜污染的环境问题,确保公共卫生安全和人民群众身体健康具有重要意义。

摘  要：
With the development of animal husbandry in Linze county,the number of livestock and poultry breeding was also increasing year by year,and the number of deaths caused by various reasons was also going up.The harmless treatment of dead animals was related to environmental safety,public health security,food safety and the healthy development of animal husbandry.Therefore,in order to establish and improve the processing mechanism of dead livestock harmless,environmental problems for effective control of diffusion of animal epidemics and solve dead livestock pollution,it was of great significance to public health and safety and health of the people.
