黄淮地区冬春季低温胁迫对小麦生理特性的影响

摘  要:
在黄淮地区冬春季自然低温条件下,以4个不同抗寒类型冬小麦品种为材料,对越冬期、拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期4个时期的抗寒生理指标进行了研究。结果表明,越冬期至抽穗期抗寒性强的品种根系活力一直高于抗寒性弱的品种;在除抽穗期外的其他生育时期,抗寒性强的品种的SOD活性和Pro含量都明显高于抗寒性弱的品种,而抗寒性强的品种的质膜透性和MDA含量都显著低于抗寒性弱的品种;在越冬期,抗寒性强的品种的POD活性和WSS含量都低于抗寒性弱的品种,其含量变化与田间抗寒性关系不密切。由此可见,在小麦抗寒育种工作中,除注意田间直接鉴定外,还可以把根系活力、SOD酶活性和Pro含量作为室内间接鉴定的辅助指标。

摘  要:
Under the condition of low temperature in winter and spring in Huanghuai area,4 different chilling-resistant va-rieties of winter wheat were taken as materials.Their physiological characteristics in the 4 stages of surviving the wintering,jointing,booting,heading were studied.The results showed that the root activity of strong-chilling-resistant varieties was higher than weak-chilling-resistant varieties during the whole 4 stages.The SOD activity and Pro content of chilling-resistant varieties were obviously higher than weak-chilling-resistant varieties except in heading period,while the permeability of membrane and MDA concentration were obviously lower than weak-chilling-resistant varieties.POD activity and WSS concen-tration of chilling-resistant varieties were lower than weak-chilling-resistant varieties in surviving the wintering stage.The correlation coefficient between content of POD and WSS and ability of cold-resistant was not significant.So auxiliary indexes including the SOD activity,Pro concentration and root activity could be used in breeding.
