摘  要：
指出了在社会主义新农村建设背景下,原有的农村合作经济组织由于本身的缺陷而不能适应新型农民的需要,而产生了合作经济组织再创新的制度需求。然而农村合作经济组织再创新却受到了滞后发展的客观经济环境变量的限制,存在着制度供给不足。并提出了农村合作经济组织再创新的制度供给与制度均衡的策略与方法。

摘  要：
Under the background of the construction of new socialist rural,the old rural corporation economy organization can not adapt to the peasants' need,so it is necessity to create the new need of rural corporation economy organization.However,the re-innovation of rural corporation economy organization was constricted by the objective economic environment variable,which led to the lack of system supply.Thus,it was very important in realizing the equilibrium of rural corporation economy organization innovation to change the lagged objective economic environment variable.
