猪成纤维细胞的简易分离培养

摘  要:
比较了不同来源、不同状态组织和不同分离方法对猪成纤维细胞的影响,结果表明,离体组织长时间乙醇预处理和长时间储运会降低细胞活力,使生长速度减慢;初始原代细胞种类比较多,生长不均匀,只有传代培养3代以上,才能得到比较纯的成纤维细胞。

摘  要:
In this study, the effects of different sources, status of organ and isolation method on porcine fibroblasts were compared. The results showed that the cells viability of organ in vitro reduced when pretreated by alcohol or long-time storage, and the growth rate was slow. The primary cell had many types and grew uneven. The cells need to be cultured after three generations to obtain pure fibroblasts.
