贸易对一个国家乃至一个产业发展的影响作用不可忽视。本文以国际贸易理论为依据,构建了计量模型,运用实际数据,采用OLS方法分析中国茶叶出口对中国茶产业发展的影响程度,并根据各茶区差异显著的特点,按国家对一级茶产区的划分进行分产区进行实证分析,研究结果表明:茶叶出口金额与政府支出对茶产业的发展起到了正向作用,而茶类结构、人力资本、市场化水平以及技术水平起到了负向作用。进一步对四大茶区的回归结果显示:中国茶叶出口对四大茶区影响差异显著。最后,提出了中国的茶类结构需要继续调整,政府对茶产业的投入需要增加,中国的茶叶出口需要继续扩大的策略,并针对四大不同茶产区,分别采取不同的发展对策与措施。

The impact of trade on the development of a country or even an industry can not be ignored. Based on the theory of international trade, this paper establishes an econometric model, uses actual data and OLS method to analyze the impact of Chinese tea export on the development of China′s tea industry. According to the distinct characteristics of different tea districts, this paper carries out an empirical analysis of the division of the first-class tea producing areas according to the country′s Division of the first-class tea producing areas. Tea export amount and government expenditure play a positive role in the development of tea industry, while tea structure, human capital, market level and technology level play a negative role. Further regression results of the four tea districts show that there are significant differences in the impact of Chinese tea exports on the four tea districts. Finally, the paper points out that China′s tea industry structure needs to be further adjusted, the government′s investment in tea industry needs to be increased, and China′s tea export needs to continue to expand strategy, and take different development countermeasures and measures for four different tea producing areas.
