生物农药企业技术创新能力评价研究

摘  要：
随着科技和经济的发展,人们对生态环境和生活品质越来越重视。在生物技术推动和社会需求拉动的双重作用下,包括生物农药产业在内的生物产业将成为一个新的主导产业。在我国的生物农药产业起步晚、发展还较落后的背景下,对生物农药企业进行技术创新能力评价,找出薄弱环节和创新瓶颈,对生物农药企业的快速发展有积极的促进作用。为此结合生物农药企业的特点,建立了生物农药企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,然后应用模糊综合评价法建立了技术创新能力评价模型,并给出了实例。

摘  要：
With the development of science,technology and economy,more emphasizes are focused on human’s life quality and environment. Pushed by biotechnology and demanded by social requirements,bio-industry including the bio-pesticide industry becomes a leading industry. Regard to the development of the bio-pesticide industry far behind the developed countries,to evaluate the innovation capacity,and find the weakness and bottleneck of innovation of present bio-pesticide industry,will play an active role in promoting the fast development of bio-pesticide industry. This paper deals with the establishment of evaluation index system for innovation capacity of bio-pesticide industry based on the traits of the present bio-pesticide industry,the model for evaluating the industry innovation capacity is set up using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system,a case study is given in this paper too.
