甜菜切顶机的设计与试验研究

摘  要:
【目的】针对甜菜分段收获过程中切顶作业切削损失大、效率低、效果不理想等问题,设计一种集切缨、仿形、切顶为一体的甜菜切顶机.【方法】运用CAD软件设计整机结构及主要工作部件;采用L16(43)正交试验设计,对影响机具切顶性能的因素进行分析,确定最优参数组合,并进行田间试验验证.【结果】弹簧预紧力对切顶合格率、少切率和多切率的影响极为显著;作业速度对切顶合格率影响较为显著,对少切率和多切率影响不大;滚筒转速对切顶合格率、少切率和多切率的影响最小.各因素对切顶性能影响程度依次为:弹簧预紧力>作业速度>滚筒转速.【结论】当弹簧预紧力为250N,作业速度为5km/h,滚筒转速为1 100r/min时,机具作业性能最佳,切顶合格率达到85%,少切率为5.8%,多切率为9.2%,能够满足生产要求.

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to solve large losses and low working efficiency in the beet segment harvest process,a set of cutting tassel,copying,cutting the top was designed for one of the beet top cutting machine.【Method】Computer aided design software was used to design the overall structure and the main working components;the factors which affected on cutting top performance were analyzed,the optimal parameter combination were determined by L16(43)orthogonal design,and the field experiment was carried out to verify.【Result】Spring preload had significantly effect on top cutting qualified rate,less cutting rate and multi cutting rate.Working speed significantly affected on top cutting qualified rate;however,little effect on less cutting rate and multi cutting rate.Roller speed had less effect on top cutting qualified rate,less cutting rate and multi cutting rate.The influence of factors on the performance of the top cutting were as spring preload > working speed > roller speed.【Conclusion】When the spring preload was 250 N,working speed was 5km/h,roller speed was 1 100r/min,working performance of the machines the optimum,top cutting qualified rate reached 85%,less cutting rate was 5.8%,multi cutting rate was 9.2%,which could satisfy the production requirements.
