蒽与UV-B辐射共同作用对2种海洋微藻的毒性效应

摘  要:
为研究多环芳烃 (PAHs)蒽单独胁迫以及与UV B共同作用对小新月菱形藻 (Nitzschiaclosterlum)和亚心形扁藻 (Platymonassubcordiforming)的毒害作用 ,对小新月菱形藻 ,蒽质量浓度设为 0 0、2 0 0、35 0、6 2 5、113 0、2 0 0 0 μg/L以及辐射剂量 1.3J/m2 ;对亚心形扁藻 ,蒽质量浓度设为 0 0、35 0、6 2 5、113 0、2 0 0 0、35 0 0 μg/L以及辐射剂量 2 .77J/m2 。结果表明 ,蒽单独胁迫以及蒽与UV B共同作用都使这 2种海洋微藻受到伤害 ,微藻的相对增长率、叶绿素 a质量浓度、类胡萝卜素含量都有下降的趋势。但是 ,蒽在UV B辐射下发生的光致毒性使海洋微藻受到更大的伤害 ,蒽对这 2种海洋微藻生长的 4 8h·EC50 分别为 16 7.9μg/L和 14 1.3μg/L ,而蒽 +UV -B对 2种藻生长的 4 8h·EC50 分别下降为 12 2 .3μg/L和 115 .5 μg/L。 2种藻类叶绿素 a、类胡萝卜素含量在UV B辐射存在下也比无UV B辐射低。蒽的光致毒性直接受到蒽质量浓度的影响

摘  要:
Two species of marine microalgae Nitzschia closterlum and Platymonas subcordiforming were employed to the experiment. The concentrations of anthracene were designed for N.closterlum at 0.0, 25.0, 35.0 , 62.5, 113.0 and 200.0 μg/L, and for P. subcordiforming at 0.0, 35.0, 62.5, 113.0, 200.0 and 350.0 μg/L . The radiation dose of UV B for N. closterlum was 1.3 J/m 2 and for P. subcordiforming 2.77 J/m 2.The results show that the two species are both injured by different concentrations of anthracene together with or without UV B radiation; and the relative growth rate, Chl a content and Car content of the microalgae all decline. But anthracene together with UV B radiation at sufficient intensity has more acute toxicity to the two species. When anthracene is singly used, its 48h·EC 50 to N. closterlum and P. subcordiforming are 167.9 μg/L and 141.3 μg/L , while the 48h·EC 50 of anthracene with UV B radiation to the two are 122.3 μg/L and 115.5 μg/L, respectively. The contents of Chl a and Car in the two species are lower under anthracene+UV B radiation condition than those under single anthracene condition. Anyway, the photoinduced toxicity of anthracene is directly affected by the concentration of anthracene.
