肉鸡饮服“必补-18”的抗应激效果研究(Ⅱ)

摘 要:
本文研究了“必补_18”对应激条件下肉鸡的影响。结果表明:“必补_18”显著改善了0~3周龄肉鸡的增重、饲料转化率,显著提高了血清γ_球蛋白水平和成活率,采食量未见有显著改变。5~8周龄肉鸡经历高温32℃一周,其增重、饲料转化率和采食量均显著下降(P<0.01),饮服“必补_18”显著提高了增重和饲料转化率(P<0.01),采食量未见有差异,高温一周过程中,32℃16小时血浆皮质酮,T3先显著下降(P<0.01)、T4显著升高(P<0.01),32℃120小时时,血浆皮质酮、T3回升且显著高于常温组(P<0.05),T4较16小时显著下降(P<0.01)但仍高于常温组(P<0.05)。在高温条件下饮服“必补_18”血浆皮质酮、T3和T4呈现与高温对照组同样规律的变化,但这种变化得到显著缓解(P<0.05)

摘 要:
This study was conducted to the effect of “Bibu_18”(3g was added into per kilograme drinking water)on bililers in condition of stresses.The following results were obtained:(1)To 0~3 week_old broiler,“Bibu_18”had improved their weight gain and feed conversion ratio,increased their level of serum r_agglutinin and their ratio of survival,but not changed their feed intake.(2) When 5~8week_old broiler kept in high_temperature environment(32℃)for 7 days,their weight gain,feed conversion ratio and feed intake were decreased significantly(P<0.01).While drinking water with“Bibu_18”,their weight gain and feed conversion ratio were increased markedly(P<0.01)but feed intake not changed.(3) During high temperature (32℃,7 days),at 16th hour the levels of plasma corticosterone and T 3 of high temperature control(HNC) group were significantly lower than those of thermoneutral control (TNC) group(P<0.01),but T 4 was higher(P<0.01);at 120th hour the levels of plasma corticosterone and T 3 of HTC group raised and were higher markedly than those of TNC group (P<0.05),T 4 declined (P<0.01) but yet higher than that of TNC group (P<0.05).Those changes of plasma corticosterone,T 3 and T 4 concentration at 16th and 120th hour of “Bibu_18”treatment group appeared the same rule as that of HTC group compared with TNC group.But “Bibu_18”treatment moderated notably those changes induced by high temperature.
