补饲对西藏彭波半细毛羊产肉性能的影响

摘  要:
为了研究秋季补饲精料对彭波半细毛羊母羊产肉力的影响,试验选择30只体重相近[(26.98±0.50)kg]的成年彭波半细毛羊母羊,随机分为3组,即完全放牧不补饲组(对照组,G1组)、每天每只补饲200 g组(G2组)、每天每只补饲400 g组(G3组),试验羊白天放牧,晚上归牧后补饲全价配合精饲料,试验期为87 d,饲养试验结束从每组挑选6只体重相近的进行屠宰试验。结果表明:各处理组体重无显著差异(P>0.05),但G3组的总增重、平均日增重(ADG)显著(P=0.006;P=0.009)高于G2组和G1组;G3组的料重比最高(P=0.023),而G2组与G1组无显著差异(P>0.05);8月份增重速度最快(P<0.001),料重比最高(P<0.001)。宰前活重、胴体重和除脾脏外的消化器官重量在组间差异不显著(P>0.05),G3组、G2组的脾脏重量显著(P=0.008)高于G1组;G3组的屠宰率、背膘厚和眼肌面积显著(P=0.049;P=0.008;P=0.021)高于G1组,G2组与G1组无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明补饲精料能显著提高彭波半细毛羊的产肉力和饲料转化效率,每天每只补饲400 g效果较优。

摘  要:
To study the effect of supplementary feeding with concentrate in autumn on meat production performance of meat of Pengbo semi-fine wool sheep in Tibet,thirty Pengbo semi-fine wool adult ewes with similar body weight of( 26. 98 ± 0. 50) kg were selected in the test. All ewes were randomly divided into three groups,including G1 group with grazing without supplementary feeding as the control group,G2 group with grazing supplemented with 200 g/d concentrate per ewe,and G3 group with grazing supplemented with 400 g/d concentrate per ewe,respectively. The experimental sheep were grazed in the daytime and supplemented with fully formulated concentrate in the evening when off the pasture. Six ewes with similar body weight were selected from each group and were slaughtered when the feeding trial of 87 days was finished.The results showed that there were no significant differences( P > 0. 05) in body weight between the three treatment groups,but the total weight gain and average daily gain( ADG) of the G3 group were higher( P = 0. 006; P = 0. 009) than those of the G2 and G1 groups. The feed-gain ratio of the G3 group was higher( P = 0. 023) than that of the G2 and G1 groups,and there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05) between the G2 and G1 groups; the fastest growth rate( P < 0. 001) and the highest feed-gain ratio( P < 0. 001) were found in August. There were no significant differences( P > 0. 05) in pre-slaughter live weight,carcass weight and the weight of digestive organ except spleen of ewes between the three treatment groups,and the spleen weight of the G3 and G2 groups was higher( P = 0. 008) than that of the G1 group. The dressing percentage,back fat thickness and eye muscle area of the G3 group were higher( P = 0. 049; P = 0. 008; P = 0. 021) than those of the G1 group,and there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05) between the G2 and G1 groups. The results indicate that supplementary feeding with concentrate can significantly improve the meat production performance and feed conversation efficiency of Pengbo semi-fine wool sheep,the effect of supplementary feeding with 400 g/d concentrate per sheep is better.
