水肥互作对蒜苗生长和品质的影响

摘  要:
在微垄膜下滴灌种植方式下设置不同施肥比例与灌水定额试验组合,对蒜苗生长、产量和品质指标进行定量监测。结果表明,施N 300 kg/hm~2、P2O5225 kg/hm~2、K2O 225 kg/hm~2+灌水量1 350 m3/hm2处理的假茎粗12.36 mm,单株鲜重41.43 g;折合产量最高,为46 094.40 kg/hm~2。施N 300 kg/hm~2、P2O5225 kg/hm~2、K2O225 kg/hm~2+灌水量900 m3/hm2处理的WUE最大,达46.05 kg/m~3。综合产量、品质等评价指标,推荐应用施N300 kg/hm~2、P2O5225 kg/hm~2、K2O 225 kg/hm~2+灌水量1 350 m3/hm2的灌溉施肥制度。

摘  要:
With the drip irrigation under plastic film in mini-ridge cultivation pattern,different fertilization rates and irrigation quota,the growth were set to determine,yield and quality of garlic bolt quantitatively. The results showed that the diameter and fresh weight of medium-sized pseudostem were more prominent when fertilization amount were N 300 kg/hm~2,P2 O5225 kg/hm~2,K2 O 225 kg/hm~2 and irrigation water amount was 1 350 m3/hm2,which was 12.36 mm and 41.43 g respectively. The output was the highest,reaching 46 094.40 kg/hm~2. WUE treated with fertilization amount of N 300 kg/hm~2,P2 O5225 kg/hm~2,K2 O225 kg/hm~2+ irrigation water amount of 900 m3/hm2 was the largest,reaching 46.05 kg/m~3. Based on the comprehensive evaluation indexes of output and quality,an irrigation and fertilization system with fertilization amount of N 300 kg/hm~2,P2 O5225 kg/hm~2,K2 O225 kg/hm~2+ irrigation amount of 1 350 m3/hm2 is recommended.
