中国食用菌事业的回顾与展望

摘  要:
本文回顾了中国食用菌事业发展的历史。从专业研究机构的建立;菌种的开发利用;制种技术与种型;培养基质与栽培技术;菇类产后处理技术等方面阐述了食用菌事业的现状。提出了今后发展的趋势和需要加强研究的问题,以及在培养料选用和配制上可以打破木腐菌与草腐菌界线的新概念。

摘  要:
In this paper, the development history of mushrooms industry in China was reviewed. The following aspects, foundation of special research organizations, exploitation and use of new species, spawn types and spawnmaking techniques, substratum and technique for cultivation, post-treatment of fresh fruit-bodies, current situation of edible fungi in China were elaborated. The author put forward the development tendency of edible fungi in the future and some problems which need to be much more attentively studied. Also the new concept was advanced, in which, the barrier between wood-decay fungi and straw-decay fungi could possibly be broken in the selection and preparation of substratum.
