摘  要：
大规模定制、敏捷制造和可重构生产系统等先进生产运作模式对组织的产品提出了新的要求,要求其产品必须具有可重构性、可重用性和可扩展性。变型产品开发能有效满足这一需要。以ISO9000中的过程方法和业务流程重组BPR为指导,构架了基于过程方法的制造型企业变型产品开发设计的过程方法模型,并对其进行了相应的剖析。

摘  要：
Advanced manufacturing modes, for example, mass customization(MC) and agile manufacture(AM) and reconfigurable manufacturing system(RMS) and so on,bring forward a new demand for the products of enterprises. It requires that the products must have the reconfigurable, reusable and scalable. The development of anamorphic products could meet the need effectively. According to the process method of ISO9000 and BPR, a model based on the process method of anamorphic product for manufacture enterprise was set up, and the corresponding analysis was made.
